No that doesn't mean that you will get IITs.....In order to get admission in IITs,clearing jee advanced with a good rank is compulsory.....josaa choice page gives all choices....you should take care of it.

Josaa is responsible for combined counselling of jee main and advanced you may fill IIT in your choices but they are worthless, and if you fill only IITs in your choices then you wouldn't get anything
