Hello,

Visit the official webpage and look it again from where your downloaded your application form. you should keep a soft copy with you or add it to google drive. even you lose hard copy or soft copy , you can download it again without any issue.

if you still not able get your application print form then visit the help desk of KEA  @ https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/ and ask them to guide you or send you a copy through your registered mail.
