According to 2018 cutoffs, with a rank of 16799 under general category, you can get Computer science and engineering at Cambridge Institute of Technology, New Horizon College of Engineering. You can get CSE at many other colleges too. Please note this prediction has been made by previous year cutoffs. Cutoffs can vary too based on factors like number of students appearing, number of seats available, difficulty level of the paper etc.

Congrats on your KCET rank!! Usually for CSE branch you need to have a lower rank than yours. It is pretty difficult to get in the top colleges in bangalore.
