Yes you can but not at the main campus. The closing rank for main campus was around the rank of 2600.

At manipal sikkim the closing rank for the previous years has been around 41,000-42,000 so thats pretty easy for you to get into. 

At jaipur its around 10k so you may get waitlisted.
