You have 209 marks in NEET with an All India Rank of around 7 lakh and a Karnataka OBC (2B) state rank of about 49,000. If you meant SKAMC as Sri Kalabyraveshwara Swamy Ayurvedic Medical College, it offers BAMS, not BDS. So you cannot get a BDS seat there.

For BDS in Karnataka, government dental colleges usually close at much better ranks than yours in the OBC category, so your chances for a government seat are very low. Private dental colleges have higher closing ranks, but even then, your current rank is still on the weaker side. You might get a seat only in less competitive private colleges if any remain vacant after multiple counselling rounds.
