Hello Aspirant.

No, there is as such no minimum criteria for scoring in any particular subject in JEE main Examination. Your overall percentile should be above the desired cutoff to appear for JEE advanced examination or for getting admission into any institution.

It doesn't matter how much you score in any particular subject. There is no cutoff for any specific subject.
