Last year with general category 556 was the cutoff. So with 580 marks you have high chances of getting MLN Allahabad through state quota.
As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
