As you mention your marks in pcb i.e 10 + 2 is as 69........ for Assam Agricultural University the eligibility for courses like BSc ,BSc veterinary and other courses eligibility for the OBC student is .. passed class 12th with PCB with percentile of above 40%..... so that you are eligible to get admission ..
