I am afraid your NEET UG scores are too low to secure you a seat even in a private medical college.  This year, the admission cut-offs have gone very high.  So the score that you have mentioned above, doesn't promise a seat in a medical college.

Your NEET UG score does fall in the admission cut-off range but it is too low to survive the competition, even for private medical colleges. Also, this year the cut-offs have gone way too high so in that case, admission with these scores becomes even more difficult.

The cutoff is subjected to variations every year depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the examination,the difficulty level of the question paper and the reservation category of the candidates. This year the cutoff has gone too high. Those who have got above 500 marks are struggling to get a private seat. You can just imagine the competition!
Therefore,your chances are negligible. Once the counselling process is over,you can contact the college administration directly for Direct admissions. However,nothing can be vouched for.
You can instead take a drop and prepare well for the next year.

Dear Sush, unfortunately, 143 is a very low score even for a Private Medical College. This year candidates with 500 have not been able to secure a seat in Private Medical College as the cut offs have been way higher. As even the Management Quota seats are being filled through Counselling the chances if getting a seat in a Private Medical College are almost negligible. However, once all the rounds of counselling have been over, any vacant seats will be filled through Direct admission and for that you need to wait until all the rounds of Counselling are over and then contact the colleges for admission.
