So , you can expect a seat but not in government colleges , as the minimjm score fpr BAMS government seat is 420+.Your chances for government colleges are less , but you can try for private colleges.

Nevertheless, assuming you a general category candidate its very difficult to get a government medical college with 375 marks in NEET UG 2019 for BAMS( Bachelor Of Ayurvedic Medicine And Surgery) course. Your chances are almost negligible .

You might have scored atleast 450+ marks to secure a seat in BAMS in general category for reputed and good Government colleges.
