If the counselling didn't start yet, There is slight chance for you .you can apply for retest or re-evaluation. After that they allow to enter your marks in the special slot alloted and you got your rank card.

The notification will usually be hovering on the website. Also at that time, many students requested the officials through emails.you can do the same.
