It's perfectly alright. Don't get nervous with one section. If you know quants is your weak section then just go through the basic concepts and formulas for it and if you are able to get them, then it's well and good. As, there's no sectional cut off for MAT exam, you can concentrate on the other sections. make sure you have good accuracy level in the other sections and try to score above at least 600 score to get a good college through this entrance exam.
