While registration, you would have given both your mobile number and mail id.

You'll receive all the messages/ announcements/ information whatever send by them to your mobile number, and as well as to your mail id.

So you don't need to bother about it and its not necessary to update another mobile number.

To get current updates, you might need to give your new or different mobile number during counselling to avoid missing out from any important announcements or information regarding counselling.
