my mother name is Nilam singh and in mu birth certificate it is written as Nilam Singh but in my class 12 document it is written as Neelam Singh and in my class 10 document there is no where mentioned her name so what should i write or prefer

As for now you will have to write the name which you have provided in 12th registration but i would suggest you to get the correction done as soon as possible to avoid problems that may arise in future because laws are very strong these days.

Hey!
You should prefer writing which is written on your 12th marksheet because anytime when you are asked to give an identity proof of your mother, then 12th marksheet will be more preferred over the birth certificate of yours.
And best is to correct it as soon as possible with the same that is written on your mother's identity proof such as Aadhar or PAN or voter Id etc.
