No I do not think there will be much of a problem. However you should concentrate and take these things seriously. It may have caused problems during your counselling.

If you are done with your document verififcation, then I do not think you need to worry. If you face a problem anywhere, it is advisable that you can get an affidavit informing about that the error in spelling and clearly mention the correct name and spelling and provide that affidavit when reporting to the allocated college.
