To get the duplicate marksheet of your mother's graduation course your mother have  to apply for duplicate marksheet to the authority of the respective University on all working days and hours..She has to  apply for this through email in the official email ID of the university or college authority. As you have not mention the name of your mothers college or university then it is not possible to detect something perfectly and give you the advice in time. So wait for 15 days at least after applying to the respective email ID of the college or university where your mother has completed graduation.
