You should mention that for which college you want to ask that. But in general provisional list is a list contains the all applicants for the particular department. If you are able to see your name in the provisional list then it is confirmed that your application submitted successfully. After that colleges are release merit list . If your name is in merit lists also then you are able to go for the admission.
