As per JEE Main notification if The name of the candidate in Aadhaar in not exactly similar or not in same pattern as in school records then

Candidates should submit a correction request at Aadhaar centre and apply for JEE (Main) by entering 14 digits Aadhaar Enrolment ID/UR No. (Including slash) printed on the slip issued by aadhaar centre after submitting updation request. Or

Candidates should fill the form of JEE (Main) with old details in Aadhaar card and thereafter submit a correction request at Aadhaar centre. The updated details in Aadhaar may be corrected in JEE (Main) at later stage by the process which will be notified in due course of time.

So, Don't worry about that and submit a correction request at nearest aadhaar centre and CBSE will provide you a chance to correct your details.

Hi hareesh....Not to worry it happens sometimes that spelling or name mismatch by mistake .As you have a valid govt id proof that is Adhaar card it will not affect your exams at all but i would like to tell you try to make changes in adhar later on by making it correction  as it may affect in future...so try to submit in future or evrywhere same documents which u have mentioned in 10th marks card because corection can be made on adhaar card but not in 10 marks card anymore
