The eligibility criteria of NDA is that candidates must have passed their class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised board or university. The important factor is of age as the candidates must be in between the age of 16.5-19.5 years. Also, the candidates must be unmarried. PUC means Pre-University Courses which is basically equivalent to class 11 and class 12. So, as you are in first year, means in class 11, you cannot write the exam now. You can write NDA exam after completion of class 12 or when you are appearing for class 12.
