The possible cases can be that you were not selected for a course in the list but do not lose hope. Try applying for subsequent rounds of counselling in such case to increase your chances of procuring a seat. Or you might have not completed the process of application. In such case, some counselling platforms allows the candidates to apply in the subsequent rounds. In either cases, you are not alloted a seat.
