Don't worry you won't face any problem for this issue because the name should be there in JEE-Main 2022 application form in complete format and you have mentioned your complete name so it is absolutely correct and such space issues are usual in some boards because sometimes such long names take extra space so the space between main name and other part get reduced to align according to the margins so it is understood.
