Hello dear,

In this case you must upload your birth certificate with all your name change documents. This is the legal way of handling things otherwise it will be considered as unethical.

Thank you, but it does not allow me to upload multiple documents for one category. Please help me out. Will it be easier to get a duplicate copy of my school leaving certificate?
