To calculate the NATA cutoff, your board percentage is added to the half of your NATA score. In this case, 89.3 + (103/2) = 89.3 + 51.5 = 140.8.
A NATA cutoff of 140.8 out of 200 is a very good score. You can definitely try for a merit seat in your state counselling. This depends on your native domicile.
