Hey Dharani !
I feel regret to inform you that with a meagre score of 300-320 in a High cutoff state as in Tamil Nadu, you won't be stand good chance to fight for a seat.
Be it MBBS or even BDS, all the Govt. Medical Colleges had closed down their shutters well above your score and stood near about at 400 even for the ST category.
AIQ or Start Quota, 320 won't fetch you a seat my friend.
I shall suggest you to drop a year and work harder accordingly.
