Well dear your NEET score is 390,that is according to the previous year trends your rank should be somwhere in between 75,000-99,000 in All India.

Also,you said you belong to to Sc Category,that will automatically reduce your rank more.So,under SC category you have fair chances of getting your required medical college.But,the cutoff's keep changing every year so nothing can be gurenteed.
