I must say that 527 is a decent score. However there is no reservation for the OBC creamy layer in NEET UG and they will be considered in the UR(unreserved) category. The expected cut off score for general category in IGMC Shimla is 583. However this may vary slightly according to the difficulty of the exam. Your chances of admission in other colleges are not bad. Keep a look on the important dates regarding allotment and counseling.
