You have scored very well in NEET exam plus you have the OC reservation so you have a very good chance of getting admission in some good college.
Admission through management quota requires a lot of money as the college gives you a paid seat. Their is no requirement for minimum marks or minimum qualification.
You can ask about it to the administration of the college.

NEET 2019 Cutoff Karnataka will be released by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), Karnataka around the last week of August, after the counselling session is over. Karnataka NEET cutoff 2019 is the last rank secured by a candidate who was granted admission to medical and dental colleges for the academic session 2018. Karnataka MBBS cutoff 2019 will be published for 15% All India Quota and 85% State Quota seats, separately.
