Hope you are doing well. See, your score is quite low for admission to government medical colleges. Even for private medical colleges under the deemed/paid seats quota it will be extremely difficult for you to fetch a seat there.
In NEET 2021 the rank at score 148 was around 7.6 lakhs-7.7 lakhs.

Now, since you've already qualified the exam, you are eligible for admission to private medical colleges but since your score is very low you can try looking or alternates. You might wanna get yourselves enrolled in courses like BAMS/BHMS/ Veterinary Sciences or Bsc in private colleges.
