Choice filling is never wrong because it increases your chance of getting a college.

It is better if you would fill all the colleges in your list and choice.

You never know which college might get alloted to you. Choice filling will let you know more about the colleges because you will research more about every college and this will inturn open up your mind even more 

So think about it and then act
