Hello aspirant
Hope you are doing well
It is difficult to predict the cut off marks or ranks but according to previous year trends your expected rank would lie between 50784 - 57778but it may vary every year depending on the following factors
1. Level of question paper
2. Total no of candidates
3. Category of candidate
4. Total no of seats
5. Marks obtained by students
Here is the link for the expected marks vs ranks

You have not mentioned your category so assuming that you belong to general category so according to year 2019 the cutoff marks for government college in karantaka colleges are as follows :
1.Bangalore Medical College, Bangalore- 567 marks
2.Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College, Bangalore - 428 marks
3.Mysore Medical College, Mysore -534 marks
4.Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences, Hubli - 537 marks
So you have chances to get seat in government medical clg.
