To be honest, 215 is a tad less score for a seat in Ayush courses even with OBC reservation. You will need atleast 450 and above. Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, the cut offs for almost all courses will go way higher. But if you have decided studying Medicine, you have to reappear for NEET in 2021 and score real good. That will be the only option because with this score, you cannot even get Private Medical Colleges. So you may have to consider appearing for NEET 2021.
