You have a good enough score considering the reservation but the competition in Tamilnadu is very higher than other sates. With 455 marks you won't get a seat in any of the government colleges as every college has cutoff around 600 for BC category. You won't even be getting admission in private colleges in government reserved seats. So go for private colleges.
