I think you forget to mention your category. With 504 marks you might get govt medical college through state quota in AP only if you belong to any reserved category. If you are general then possibilities of getting govt college is less however you can get private medical college.

We are predicting this on the basis of previous year cut off trends. We. Are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. So hope for better result this time.

I assume you belong to general category.
As you mentioned with general category and 504 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are negligible.
However you might get some good private medical college in your state through state quota.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given under All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).

However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
