Hi zuber , from last year counselling results, the close rank under All india quota in manipal for MS/MD OG was 11967, but you could get in sdm kolar for sure with your rank as last year even rank of about 15000 got OG there, but you can opt for DGO for sure in manipal, hope this helps, good luck
