The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala is responsible for conducting Kerala PG medical 2019 admission. The people who applies for this will be included in the state merit list. The application form for the same will start from 1st week of March and continue till second week of March. The eligibility criteria for Kerela PG medical admissions are:-

1) candidate should be registered with the medical council of India or State Medical Council.

2) They should have completed the rotatory internship by 31st March.

3)They should have a domicile of Kerela or must have completed MBBS from the state of Kerela.

50% of the seats are reserved for State Quota and rest 50% for All India Quota.

Since you have a good AIR, if you want to get through State merit list, your state rank would be much lower so you can easily get your choice. 

The admission through AIQ is done by the MCC. The 50% AIQ merit list is expected to release with the merit list , i.e. third week of March.
