Dear Tufail, there are approximately 1750 MBBS seats gor grabs in MP State Counselling. And this year ranks have dominated marks in counselling. With a State rank of 1229, you have a decent chance at a seat in Private Medical College. But if you have to select a Government Medical College, your priority should be as follows from top to Bottom:

GMC Khandwa
GMC Ratlam
GMC Vidisha
GMC Datia
Bhundelkhand Medical College
