The cut offs for colleges in Bihar is usually a little high as compared to the state quota cut off of different states. I don't think there us any possibility for you to get any government seat in Bihar at 55000.

Although you can get some private colleges such as,

Kathiar Medical College, Kathiyar

Mata Gujri Medical College, Kisanganj

Lord Buddha Koshi Medical College, Saharsa

and few others.

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 55000 all india rank,  you hold a  low chance to get a seat in a Government Medical College

For example,
In Neet 2019, 13985 was the all india cut off rank that got a seat in Government Medical College for general category under Bihar state  and it was for Government Medical College, Bettiah

But yes,
With your rank you have  chances for govt quota seats   in  following private medical college under state quota

*Madhubani Medical College, Madhubani

*Lord Budha Koshi Medical College and Hospital, Saharsa

.

*Mata Gujari Memorial Medical College, Kishanganj
