NEET is the official entrance for students all over thr country for BPT MBBS BDS degree. To sit for BPT counselling one has to clear the cut off marks or percentile. This year's cut off has not been released yet. Generally
For general category it is 50 percentile

For Obc category it is 40 percentile

for SC Category it is 40 percentile

for ST Category it is 40 percentile 599-118

for PWD category it is 45 percentile
Minimum cut off percentile is constant but as the standard of the question paper and total number of candidates appraring in thr exam are no constant . So cut off marks vary
However approximately for general category it is generally around 120 , for SC ST OBC generally around 120 and for PWD approximately 130

So you are well eligible for every category. You haven't mentioned your category so I assume you as a general category candidate. I am afraid to say with this marks your chances to get government colleges are almost negative through All India counselling. You can still try in state counselling . Different state counselling cut offs vary from each other. You have not mentioned your state . You must go for your respective state. But chances are tough for you in there too.
