my neet score is 181 general which states counselings i should attend to get a private seat at less cost for MBBS.

Unfortunately, you cannot get a seat at any private college for MBBS at low cost with 181 score which is very less. It will be good if you try to give the NEET exam again and score atleast 500+ to secure a seat for you in government as well as private at very low cost.
