My neet score is 216 and AIR is 425354 and I am from sc category and from west bengal

Hey !!
Since you belong to West bengal and you are looking for seats in karnataka ,  you will be under AIQ. As per previous year cutoff you need to have minimum of 450 marks. To note,  this year the highest marks and the cutoffs increased,  the chances of getting into medical colleges is very rare. Anyhow you can try for private colleges through management quota. It is advisible to drop out a year and prepare hard for next year neet.

You won't be getting any private colleges through government quota. Anyhow you can try through management quota which has huge fees structure.
