If you aspire to take admission in a course like MBBS , the score should be at least 500 plus if you are looking for Government medical college and at least 450+ for Private medical College . Also, there are other factors that decide the possibility of your admission like your category etc. 

Since you have scored 281 I would say the possibility is very less.
