Hope you are doing well,
The minimum marks required to get admission for BAMS is 300 to 350.You have 320 marks in neet you have possibility in getting BAMS admission as there are many medical colleges of bams course.
You can try for both government and private colleges. The marks required for government are quite high. You are on a possibility, at least you have to try there is a possibility for getting state quota seats.
