The cutoff of Andhra Pradesh was 427 for Govt. Medical College , Anantapur. There is no B category reservation in Karnataka. According to your score , it is difficult to get a medical college seat in Andhra Pradesh as there is huge difference between the two marks. Rest , it depends on each year's cutoff , as it changes every year depending on no. of candidates , difficulty level of exam , no. of seats , etc.
