Here in admission to medical colleges, you need not have anything to do with boards percentage. But your neet score is a bit low so it will be tough for you to get a college with this marks. Even the top private colleges ask for 450 above. So you can take a drop and come back with better marks next year.

Anything could not be said about what colleges you can get on the basis of your score in NEET, you should know that it would be too early to predict anything. The cut off trends tend to change every year and same can be expected for this year as well. However, for your given score, you have a feeble chance to get into a good college.
