The cut offs for the state of MP are expected to remain the same even though there has been a decrease in the expected cut offs this year. Under OBC category, the cut offs based on 2017 trends are between 530-560 marks approximately. Last a candidate who scored 541 marks secured a seat in Bundelkhand Medical College, Sagar. Your chances seem less at the moment. However, do not loose hope as it all depends on your state rank. Also, keep your options open. You may just make the cut this year. All the best!
