Since you have received a score of 483, and your scores in PCB appear to be above the minimum requirements, you are eligible for admission assuming you are eligible based on your NEET score. The only hurdle will be the government MBBS seat if the cutoff is applicable in your state.

Maths marks are not counted in NEET eligibility .
