Dear Mayank, since you have domicile of Bihar and you want to apply for ESIC medical college in Haryana, you can apply under AIQ. As per the previous year cut offs of ESIC medical college, for BC category there were different cases-

• BC-A category cut off was 556
• BC - B category cut off was 455

So, if you belong to BC-B category then you have fairly high chances of getting seat under AIQ in ESIC. Also, this year the cut offs are expected to increase.

Your marks are good but Still Bihar cutoff are high so you won't get medical seat in any government colleges in Bihar. With 500 marks your rank will be around 22000 and you will get private colleges in medical. Check Bihar neet cutoff
