My neet score is 511 and I m from general category . Can I get a seat in KPC MEDICAL COLLEGE under government quota in AIQ COUNSELLING?

Looking at your score, the chances are high that you will get a seat in the college. However, it has to be through the state counseling, as there are no all India seats here.

Mam I m from UP. Can I register for it?
If so how? Also will I be counted in government quota for low fees?

Based on your score of NEET 2018 you should have the chances to get the state quota seats in KPC MEDICAL COLLEGE. There is only state quota, management quota & NRI quota seats in the college, The counselling will be through the west Bengal counselling Authorities.
