Yes the chances of getting the govt. seats are high for you in all india quota as well as state quota. The marks required for the govt. medical college are generally 500 and above so you can have your seat in govt. college. I would suggest you to go through the counselling rounds and get you seat in the college of your choice. You have not mentioned your category any where so i aasume it to be general.
If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in rajasthan through state quota .Previous year minimum marks required for a general candidate was 560 for Government Medical College, Dungarpur.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so nothing can be predicted much.cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
