If your question says that, your All India Rank in NEET 2020, is 5008 and you have OBC category reservation benefit, then you can get a lot of ranked MBBS Colleges both under All India Quota and State Quota.

But, if your Question says that, your NEET 2020 score is 508, then with OBC category reservation you will not get Government medical colleges. You should try for PRivate Colleges for MBBS under State Quota.
